They normally take 1.5 to 2 hours from start to finish.

What happens in the medical?

We complete the eMedical with you – this includes a health questionnaire, a declaration (which is a legal statement you need to sign), measurements by the nurse (ie: vision, blood pressure, height and weight), a physical examination by the doctor, urine test, blood test and/or X-ray if required.

What does the price cover?

Our services are designed to give you the best possible service, saving you time and money. Our price includes:

  • we take your digital photos
  • completing your eMedical
  • Standard blood tests, urine test and X-ray (if required)

Extra charges will apply if:

  • Extra tests that may be required to ensure your medical is approved by Immigration
  • A doctor consultation if you need to discuss the results
  • Follow-up services you may need after we have submitted your medical to Immigration

Please ring us as soon as you can if you have to cancel or change your appointment – make sure you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

If you are unwell at the time of your immigration medical, it is advised that you postpone your appointment until you are well.

How quickly can I get the results?

The results normally take no longer than 2 days to get back. If there is a problem with a blood test (which is uncommon), it can take longer

How do I find out about my results?

You will receive an email once the doctor has completed the medical. We will contact you if there is any abnormalities with your test results and discuss with you if there is a need for additional tests to be done.

When will there be extra charges?

There will be extra charges only if:
